Featured spots are paid advertising
Each borough and area page has one Featured spot above the A to Z list. A studio can pay £30 a month (including any VAT) to appear there. A Featured spot is advertising: it is labelled Featured and Advertising wherever it appears, it names the advertiser, and it sits in its own clearly marked box outside the A to Z list.
Payment never affects the list
Paying for a Featured spot does not change where a studio appears in the A to Z list or what we write about it. See How we list studios.
What we do not sell
We do not accept payment for listing order or editorial wording, or to remove information about a competitor. We do not currently earn affiliate commission from any studio or booking platform. If that changes, those links will be labelled.
